Hi, I’m Stephany — a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
My passion lies in helping individuals, couples, and families untangle the threads of relational pain, intergenerational patterns, identity, and emotional overwhelm. I don’t believe in surface-level solutions. I believe in doing the real, sometimes messy, always transformative work that leads to lasting change.
Over the years, I’ve worked across a variety of settings - from community mental health clinics and non-profits to government agencies and private practice. Each space has deepened my understanding of how trauma, attachment, culture, and faith can shape our internal world and the relationships we show up in. While I bring years of clinical experience, my approach is rooted in the belief that you are the expert of your own story. My job isn’t to give you answers - it’s to walk alongside you as you reconnect with yourself and others, confront patterns that no longer serve you, and learn a healthier way of being.
I integrate evidence-based practices with a holistic and trauma-informed lens, weaving together curiosity, compassion, and candid reflection. Whether you’re navigating the aftermath of a breakup, struggling with complex relational issues in your marriage, healing from family wounds, or just feeling stuck in life, therapy with me is a collaborative, affirming space to explore, unpack, and grow.
This work is sacred. And I consider it a profound honor to sit with people in their most vulnerable moments and witness the quiet, powerful emergence of healing.
